To keep the warranty valid, please inspect the product upon delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the carrier.
Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of its original design will void the warranty.
Return Policy
If a product you purchased from our site is defective, please contact our online support within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once we receive notice, return the defective item via the carrier, and we will replace it with a new one at no extra charge.
If the defect is due to customer misuse or if you change your mind, you may still return the product; however, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees as invoiced by the carrier.
