For products purchased from www.ecchealthnow.com, provided they are unused, the return period is 14 DAYS from the invoice date.

1. Send the product(s) you wish to return along with the original invoice to the warehouse address listed on the invoice.
2. Our team will process your return and complete your refund.
What If My Order Arrives Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect?
All products undergo a damage inspection before shipping. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
– When the courier delivers your order, inspect the outer packaging before accepting it. If you see any damage, request a “Damage Report” on the spot.
– If you discover damage after delivery, immediately contact the courier branch and ask for a “Damage Report.” If they do not assist, please notify us as soon as possible.
– Return the damaged item to www.ecchealthnow.com along with the completed Damage Report. We will expedite your exchange or refund and inform you of the outcome.
For international returns, the shipping cost is borne by the sender. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will refund the shipping cost to you.
