Warranty Conditions
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.
To validate the warranty, please inspect the product upon delivery.
If you notice any damage, do not accept the delivery and make a damage report.
Any modifications to the product, deformation, or alteration of its original design are not covered by the warranty.
Return Policy
If a product you purchased from our site is defective, you must contact us via the online support section within 7 days of the delivery date.
Once you have notified us, send the defective product to us via the shipping company and we will replace it with a new one.
If the returned product is faulty due to customer misuse or if the customer simply changes their mind, the customer may still return the product but must pay the return shipping cost as invoiced by the shipping company.
